Indian Wealth Tracker is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to record, organise, and analyse their investment portfolios and family wealth. The Service includes features such as asset tracking, net worth calculation, FIRE planning tools, and family portfolio management.

IMPORTANT: Indian Wealth Tracker is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

All projections, calculations, and tools (including the FIRE planner, SIP calculator, and wealth projections) are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They are based on assumptions and historical data that may not reflect future results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Always consult a qualified financial adviser, tax professional, or investment expert before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information displayed in the Service.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is ₹0).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
